2. Use of Services

Services are provided to professionals, researchers, and enthusiasts seeking interactive AI consultations, workshops, and experimental studies. All sessions are scheduled according to availability and may require advance confirmation.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, technology, and materials provided by SmartHuman TyLab are the exclusive property of SmartHuman TyLab. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any harmful, disruptive, or unlawful activities while using our platform or participating in events. Respect for privacy, confidentiality, and ethical standards is required at all times.

5. Third-Party Resources

Our platform may include links to external resources or tools. SmartHuman TyLab does not endorse or assume responsibility for the accuracy, availability, or practices of any linked content.

6. Reimbursement and Rescheduling Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request a postponement of scheduled sessions up to 48 hours before the session start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If SmartHuman TyLab cancels a session, clients will receive a full refund through the original payment method within 14 days.

Once a session has begun, no refund is available due to the allocation of specialist time and resources. Under exceptional circumstances, SmartHuman TyLab may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward future services.

6.2 Digital Information Products

Digital materials such as e-guides, training videos, and online reports become accessible immediately upon purchase. Clients may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided that access remains below 20% of the total content. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

6.3 Physical Merchandise

Physical goods may be sent back in original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a shipment, clients must use our Contact Form. Following inspection of the returned item, approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. SmartHuman TyLab disclaims all implied warranties, including suitability for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartHuman TyLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.
